Job Summary:
As a Press Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining machines used to punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic materials. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press machines in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and quality specifications.
- Produce parts and components with precision and consistency to meet daily production quotas.
- Identify and promptly report manufacturing defects or irregularities to management for resolution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, particularly in press machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of produced parts.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machines and processes.
- Physical capability to handle materials and perform tasks required for the role.
- Good communication skills to report defects or issues to management.
