Line Technician Needed in Lincolnton, NC!
Position Title: Line Technician
Department: Production
Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
Shift: 5AM - 3:30PM
Position Summary:
- The Line Technician is responsible for ensuring the achievement of production objectives by conducting line operations with a focus on safety, product quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and Work Order requirements.
- Adjust and manage equipment settings for optimal performance.
- Record accurate data on material usage and product specifications.
- Manage coil operations and product tagging.
- Complete necessary paperwork and report labor accurately.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of ISO procedures.
- Ability to operate secondary process equipment and understand material types.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding measurement tools.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervision.
