QA Technician
Shift: 2nd 4:30pm - 1am
Pay: $16-$20/hr

Position Summary:
Responsible for complying with all Quality and Food Safety Management standards and/or systems to ensure continual improvement and effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System with the ability to satisfy our customers and provide products that are in accordance to their intended use and are safe for human

Job Description: Collect retain samples of product as needed. Perform visual inspections for foreign material (pits, stems, wood, etc.). Pull product samples for microbiological analysis. Test product in process for various criteria, i.e., Brix, pH, Specific Gravity, Density, Peak, Viscosity, Color and Texture Notify proper personnel of quality issues. Follow safety procedures and practices. Follow company policies and procedures. Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in all Areas. Complete and monitor quality Control records. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department manager. Perform the ATP Swab test. Perform and write up the pre-op sanitation reports. Perform Operational Inspections
