General Job Description:
As a Die Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Operating various die cutting machines, you will cut chipboard and filter media to our high-quality standards. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety, you will ensure efficient machine operation while maintaining our rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and operate die cutting machines, adhering to job instructions and specifications.
- Monitor machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep work station clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to support production goals.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Die Cutting experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand job instructions.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
