Shift: 3rd Shift (10 pm-6:30 am) You will need to be able to train on the 1st shift for 1 week and then move to the 3rd shift, the 1st Shift hours are 7 am-3:30 pm. - You will work overtime occasionally.
Pay Rate: $28.42
- Checks the operation of machines and trouble-shoots electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, equipment and automation problems
- Performs complex preventative and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment using various tools and equipment
- Trouble-shoots electrical and electronic controls on manufacturing equipment for rebuilding, repairing or fabricating purposes
- Modifies and rebuilds manufacturing equipment to meet new machine requirements or production demands with engineering support. Provides input to proposed manufacturing equipment. Installs capital equipment
- Understands and interprets electronic schematics for trouble-shooting electronic equipment with minimal assistance
- Maintains work orders on a daily and weekly basis. Documents all machine preventative, predictive and/or maintenance repairs clearly and concisely for historical and future maintenance purposes
- Follow safety regulations and adhering to OSHA standards
- Familiarity with electronic component's PLC, AC/DC Motor, relays, drives, and VFD which control the automation of manufacturing equipment and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 - 10 years' previous experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to multiply, divide, add, and subtract
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work in an environment where exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and machines, vibrations, and loud noises.
- Ability to adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA guidelines as mentioned above are mandatory.
