- Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to provided guidelines and instructions.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
