Customer Service Representative

  • Assist customers with orders (product needed, time frame, and pricing).
  • Enter and confirm product availability.
  • Adjust any changes with orders as needed and/or requested.
  • Create and confirm shipping schedules.
  • Communicate with inside and outside sales reps.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and make suggestions with customers as needed.
  • Arrange with the Fulfillment and Customer Service Team to find and maintain materials.
  • Generate internal and external reports on logistics, credit, order status, and identified gaps.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree or 1-3 years of experience in an office or related type of environment.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Experience with data entry, customer service, and telesales.
