General Laborer - Sand Blasting (First Shift)
Location: City of Franklin
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform sand blasting operations according to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and applying necessary coatings to protect areas not being blasted.
- Operate sand blasting equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve desired surface finish and cleanliness.
- Inspect workpieces before and after sand blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning, and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in other general labor tasks and duties as needed.
