Job Description – Service Desk Support Technician
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (100% on site role)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic team member with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service to join our fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for IT and Telecom-related issues and service requests, offering support onsite, over the phone, via email, and through remote access. A reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required for this role.

  • Logging, resolving, and escalating service requests to ensure targets and service levels are met.

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems, VoIP, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment.

  • Utilizing remote management and monitoring tools for efficient support.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • An Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A Certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a corporate Windows environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and critical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Basic understanding of LAN concepts.
  • Familiarity with disk imaging and cloning technologies.
  • Experience with various multi-function devices and network printers.
  • Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in various physical environments, including cramped spaces and heights.

Pay: $22-$25/Hour
