Nesco Resource is seeking a Human Resource Consultant for our client in Wilton. This long-term consulting project will give you the opportunity to partner with a global HR team – allowing you to make a huge impact while applying your technical, creative, and interpersonal prowess.

Hourly Rate: $50-55
Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless execution of Recruitment delivery for sector Research & Development and create transparency on progress to manpower targets via regular reporting for your key business and HR (Human Resources (HR)) Line stakeholders

You translate business demand to supply solutions, understanding current and long-term demand makes recruitment delivery pro-active and enables us to find the best quality candidates. Based on demand forecasts, you connect all involved delivery partners: Employer Branding, Talent Engagement Programs, Talent Sourcing, Fix Recruitment, Flex Management, business and HR Line to align on the short- and longer-term supply solutions

You initiate, drive and support continuous improvement programs on topics such as demand planning and feasibility, long-term workforce planning, D&I, process optimization, candidate experience

You partner in Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to translate longer term competence needs into the right sourcing solutions. Here you take an integrated Talent Management approach, fueling a buy-build dialogue.

- Must know MS Office
- Highly prefer performance management experience and coaching experience
- This is a strong Client facing role
- Highly prefer employee relations experience – someone who can help managers manage their employees and situations
- Role is heavy in coaching and developing relationships – can be trained up in this
- A key piece of the job: Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data.
