Nesco Resource is seeking a Human Resource Consultant for our client in Wilton. This long-term consulting project will give you the opportunity to partner with a global HR team – allowing you to make a huge impact while applying your technical, creative, and interpersonal prowess.

Contract is 9 months

Hourly Rate: $50-55

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure seamless execution of Recruitment delivery for sector Research & Development and create transparency on progress to manpower targets via regular reporting for your key business and HR (Human Resources (HR)) Line stakeholders 

  • You translate business demand to supply solutions, understanding current and long-term demand makes recruitment delivery pro-active and enables us to find the best quality candidates. Based on demand forecasts, you connect all involved delivery partners: Employer Branding, Talent Engagement Programs, Talent Sourcing, Fix Recruitment, Flex Management, business and HR Line to align on the short- and longer-term supply solutions 

  • You initiate, drive and support continuous improvement programs on topics such as demand planning and feasibility, long-term workforce planning, D&I, process optimization, candidate experience 

  • You partner in Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to translate longer term competence needs into the right sourcing solutions. Here you take an integrated Talent Management approach, fueling a buy-build dialogue. 

    End products / deliverables 

  • Demand – supply alignment, short term and multi-year 

  • Transparency on feasibility of hiring demand and progress 

  • Support seamless recruitment delivery  

  • Manage escalations  

  • Recognized business partner on all levels in HR and business 

  • Set-up / support execution of global improvement projects, like internal mobility 

What a Successful Candidate Looks Like:
  • Must know MS Office  
  • Highly prefer performance management experience and coaching experience  
  • This is a strong Client facing role  
  • Highly prefer employee relations experience – someone who can help managers manage their employees and situations  
  • Role is heavy in coaching and developing relationships – can be trained up in this  
  • A key piece of the job: Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data.
