Job description: Paralegal to create, lightly edit, and circulate for execution intercompany agreements amongst *** Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Duties will include creating agreements from template, creating and maintaining database of agreements, interaction with attorneys and functional business leaders on content and editing, and preparation of requests for signatures.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with paralegal certification preferred; or 5 years of experience as a paralegal.
