Position details:
Resources needed to work alongside the corporate payroll support team. This team maintains the Lawson payroll system through system maintenance, testing, and resolution of user reported system issues: research/solution identification. Comfortable with system setup and analytical thinking. Corporate team focusing on several large projects, candidate must learn quickly and be able to work independently in a short amount of time.

Remote/onsite : Hy brid ( Would be in our Brentwood office some (quite a bit to start with during training ) and then they would be able to WFH some as well. It will not be 100% WFH- there may be times that we need them to come into the office)

Job Summary
This individual is primarily responsible for supporting the Lawson Payroll system as well as other systems that relate to payroll. Similar to an HRIS position, but focused on complex payroll systems and processes. This role will be an integral team member supporting various payroll system projects, troubleshooting complex technical issues: includes supporting various customer bases, being knowledgeable about different applications, and performing miscellaneous configuration changes. This position is part of a larger payroll systems team and is expected to operate within a rapidly changing work environment. Infor/Lawson payroll experience desired, but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with payroll system configuration, setup
- Interact and effectively communicate with internal IT&S and support team to troubleshoot functional system issues
- Works closely with Payroll Service Centers (PSC) to support payroll function of the organization
- Assists with maintenance needs and system functionality questions
- Conducts investigations as warranted, resulting from communicated issues
- Keeps leadership informed of the status of work efforts
- Acts as a resource to PSC and division/facility leadership for payroll related items
- Contributes to training and education materials for use in training; presents training materials as applicable
- Maintains confidentiality with all information
- Practices and adheres to "Code of Conduct philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement
- Sets appropriate example for personnel by maintain a positive attitude regarding customers, leadership, compliance and the work at hand
