Job Title: Installer (Installation Technician)

Job Description:
We are seeking an Installer (Installation Technician) for a dynamic hybrid role that combines responsibilities as an installer, assembler, and lot operations associate. Strong attention to detail is critical for success in this position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install van and truck toolboxes, ladder racks, shelving packages, and various lighting and electrical components.
- Check in vehicles, take photos to document their condition, and help prevent damage liability.
- Organize and maintain the lot and shop environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and safely operate company-provided equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, hand saws, and grinders (tools and equipment are provided).
- This role involves standing, kneeling, and bending over while working on vehicles.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Optional overtime opportunities may be available.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Clean MVR and Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions from manufacturer suppliers.
- Previous experience with vehicle installation or repair is highly desirable.
