Take the helm and lead a region of motivated staffing professionals as an Area Market Manager with Nesco. Drive the overall success of your teams through client management, sales and team coaching and development.

A day in the life:
  • Direct and supervise personnel including market managers and business development managers within defined area to develop, lead and coordinate sales and recruitment solutions to ensure client satisfaction and to drive profitability at the branch level.
  • Interface with clients to ensure that the client needs are being met across their territory and defined markets.
  • Identify new prospects to achieve sales targets and develop new business for longer term growth.
  • Develop a marketing program toward those users with a clear competitive advantage
  • Identify and procure major accounts including large volume users, national accounts, contracted users, on-site relationships, MSP and on-site targets.
  • Represent all Nesco Resource service lines and resources that are in the best interest of the prospective customers and clients.
  • Develop, promote and deliver the Nesco Resource brand.
  • Identify new market opportunities for existing branches to expand lines of services.
  • Grow the prospective areas with additional branches and stretch the geographic footprint.
  • Manage existing personal account base with support from branch service team
  • Develop and implement formal training programs for new hires.
  • Train new sales and recruiting personnel.
  • Provide market managers with tools and resources that allow them to focus on the success of their branch.
  • Resolve escalated customer and employee issues.
  • Represent corporate initiatives, procedures, and goals in the branch.
  • Complywith allcompany safety guidelines and processes,reportingknown safety issues, including near misses, accidents and potential concerns, to the appropriate supervisor or member of the risk department.
  • All other duties as assigned.
