Nesco Resource is looking for Manufacturing Technicians located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $20/Hour
Summary: Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to build prototypes and production devices, with strong experience in soldering and small-component assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble prototypes and production devices
- Support and manage daily production line activities as volume grows
- Assist in developing production test equipment and test plans
- Create and maintain SOPs for scalable manufacturing
- Ensure work meets regulatory and quality standards
- Hands-on wire soldering experience
- Skilled in small device assembly
- Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Medical device or clean room experience
- Basic programming or solid modeling skills
- Assembly line management experience
