Looking to start your career in the STEM field or Supply Chain? A local Biotech company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team! This would start as a 12-month contract with the possibility for extension and/or permanent hire.
Role Details:
- Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr
- Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm (100% onsite)
- 12-month contract!
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience would be considered
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong MS Excel skills
- Analytical, presentation and graphing skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Support day-to-day interaction/coordination with transportation suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory agencies
- Coordinator meetings with logistics suppliers
- Create shipping documents and coordinate shipments with carriers
- Assist with overseeing external manufacturing activity by communicating schedules and shipping plans
- Maintain accurate information databases, creating inventory reports and schedules
- Report metrics and analytics
