Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12AM
Pay: $25.67/Hour
Summary: The Assembly Line Leader supports and directs daily assembly operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role assigns tasks, handles complex builds, trains team members, and serves as a backup to the Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the assembly team
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks
- Perform and assist with complex assemblies and rework
- Train and support assemblers
- Use basic software for label printing, SAP transactions, and testing
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Float between teams as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical ability and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 44 lbs
- Basic computer and equipment operation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
