This candidate will be responsible for supporting photochromic performance testing and working closely with our formulation chemists, development chemists by providing timely feedback on their projects. The candidate must demonstrate previous experience with data quality and instrument quality control practice; a strong analytical background on instrumentation is a plus; so is the ability to work both independently and in a team setting to help track multiple tasks. Key responsibilities cover test entry, scheduling, testing, to data reporting to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree in physical science or a technical degree with 3-4 industry experience
• Must have good communication skill and work both independently and in a team environment
• Good attention-to –detail on data quality and integrity;
• Demonstrate good practice on quality control and instrument trouble-shooting skills
• Understanding on photo-chemistry and coating technology a plus
• Experienced user with Microsoft Office Suite, VBA, and data processing software
