Job Summary:
The Senior Manager – Talent & Culture role supports the company's regional operations by coaching local HR managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing employee relations, and collaborating with internal departments such as recruiting, compensation, and training. The role ensures that HR programs are implemented consistently and effectively, particularly in manufacturing settings.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Over 60% of the workforce is ESL; some speak Spanish only
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years in HR leadership and change management.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing employee relations and performance issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to coach and develop HR team members.
- Regional Travel - up to 1 week per month
Preferred Requirements:
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or PROSCI Change Practitioner).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and a background supporting Sales & Support roles within HR
- Familiarity with SAP HR systems.
