About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our production equipment running smoothly through preventive maintenance and skilled mechanical repairs. You'll also play a key part in improving equipment performance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring production efficiency stays on track.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of complex production equipment and systems

  • Conduct skilled mechanical and troubleshooting repairs

  • Diagnose and analyze equipment failures and recommend solutions

  • Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks

  • Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and yield

  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures and modifications

  • Prepare technical reports and assist with equipment audits as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or production equipment maintenance

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable reading technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, or pneumatic systems a plus

  • Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
