Finance Leader – Fall River
The Finance Lead manages budgeting, compliance, and financial operations for Fall River Projects, including capital expenses, cost analysis, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy in accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory. You’ll work cross-functionally to maintain financial controls, improve processes, and support audits, reporting, and SAP system efficiency.
Base Salary $90K - $120K
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget & Compliance: Prepare and track budgets, analyze costs, and ensure spending aligns with project plans.
- Accounts Payable: Oversee vendor payments, resolve invoice issues, and manage AP aging reports.
- Fixed Assets: Maintain asset records, support audits, and manage capitalizations and disposals.
- Inventory: Analyze and reconcile stock, book provisions, and support physical inventory counts.
- Accounts Receivable: Follow up on outstanding invoices, prepare aging reports, and ensure timely collections.
- Reporting: Deliver plant performance and budget variance reports, support month-end close.
- SAP & Systems: Ensure smooth SAP operations and help configure improvements.
- Audits: Support external and internal audits with accurate records and financial controls.
Requirements:
- 5 years in accounts payable and fixed assets
- Master’s in Finance
- Strong SAP and Excel skills
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and IND AS
