What will you be doing?
• Perform complex inspections of components and assemblies, including GD&T interpretation and Vision System Analysis
• Lead and execute First Article Inspections (FAI), process validations, and engineering studies
• Document inspection results and test data accurately and promptly in inspection records and digital applications.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous quality.
What will you need to be successful?
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field strongly preferred.
Experience:
• 5 years of experience in quality inspection within a regulated industry
• Demonstrated expertise with measurement equipment, GD&T, and documentation systems. Medical device experience highly desirable.
• Advanced understanding of inspection and calibration principles and familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and calibration standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during inspection and calibration activities.

5 hours per day, Monday - Thursday
