Job Summary
The Account Manager will support underwriters by processing insurance policies, handling policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
Must-Have:
- Must Live in a PST or MST Time Zone
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pays high attention to detail and has strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using insurance software (AMS, Sagitta, or Applied)
- College degree
- Experience supporting underwriters in policy issuance and marketing coverage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a variety of people
