Shift Options & Pay:
- Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Repair and maintain industrial machinery, including motors, conveyors, control panels, and PLC systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals to complete repairs effectively.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous electrical experience, industrial maintenance preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PLC-controlled systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with multimeters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
