Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is dedicated to providing top-notch IT support and services to our clients. We are seeking a Level 1 Technician to join our team and ensure smooth end-user setups, maintenance, and network support.
Job Description: As a Level 1 Technician, you will be responsible for delivering excellent technical support to end-users, performing light break/fix tasks, and serving as smart hands for more complex technical issues. You will work with network switches, network ports, and firewalls, ensuring all systems are functional and secure. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure for end-users.
- Perform light break/fix tasks and hardware troubleshooting.
- Act as smart hands to assist higher-level technicians with complex issues.
- Support and maintain network switches, ports, and firewalls.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to shift schedules and ensure punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of setups and configurations.
- Familiarity with network switches, ports, and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
