Nesco Resource is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to join our client's team based in San Diego, CA. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will manage the system administration, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives of the San Diego EUV Operations Training & Development team. You will support the Training & Development team by maintaining the system administration, facilitating the circulation of staff communications, and overseeing the day to day coordination and delivery of training initiatives.
Role and responsibilities:
- Learning Management System (LMS) data entry, verification, reporting, and administration.
- Coordinate with third-party training vendors to procure and schedule training.
- Coordinate the enrollment, communications for, and administrations for in-house training sessions.
- Monitor enrollments to ensure class openings are populated according to training forecast.
- Manage classroom allocation and common training facilities (e.g. projectors, student supplies).
- Develop and deliver site-wide communications.
- Maintain document management systems.
- Build and maintain a network of stakeholders; effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Notify the Training Manager of any discrepancies in the day-to-day execution of projects.
- Organize and attend relevant meetings events. Represent the Training and Development team in cross-sector project teams.
- Interface with stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Operational Excellence, and others in the Learning & Knowledge Management community) to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success and effectiveness of the Training and Development team.

Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years direct work experience required.
- Experience with database administration is a plus.
- Excel proficiency with data entry, formulas/functions, data visualization, pivot tables preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to establish training programs and classes, surveys, dashboard reports, and other functions to manage a training organization preferred.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, LMS, SharePoint, and scheduling applications) required.
- Experience working in organizational and/or technical training environment preferred.
- Experience working in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries desired.
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and escalate as necessary to meet business needs.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Excellent writing and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner with other ASML training departments, group leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and staff to build trust and influence at multiple levels within the organization.

Additional Information:
- 12 month contract assignment
- 1 st shift, Monday – Friday (flexible start time between 8am – 8:30am)
- Pay range: up to $35/hour depending on experience
