Nesco Resource is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to join the team of one of our esteemed healthcare clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity to work onsite in Jamaica, NY.
The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the Department of Finance and working with the EVP/CFO in unison and with other staff members.
Primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include:
- Managing daily office operations, acting as a confidential assistant, and communicating sensitive information to Administration.
- Point of contact for employee questions and complaints
- Maintain and update insurance bills, obtain COIs, distribute vehicle insurance cards and titles
- Handle malpractice insurance payments in an efficient and timely manner
- Updating timecards in the Kronos system
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Healthcare or related field
- 3-5 years prior experience supporting senior-level executives
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and adjust actions, as necessary
- Computer literate with programs of Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook
- Confidentiality and professional behavior a must
