A major client of ours has a need for a Customer Service/Fulfillment Partner Specialist based out of their Jericho, NY office. This is a contract to hire opportunity which requires you to be onsite for 4 days and remote 1 day a week. The position is open to recent college graduates.
Pay is $21-$25 an hour.
Customer Service/Fulfillment Partner Specialist - Role Snapshot:
The role is less sales and more account management. There will be a sales aspect of the role, but that is only part of the responsibilities the employee would be asked to complete.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to existing partners regarding expansion to new categories.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns aimed at keeping close relationships with fulfillment partners, capturing information from them, and/or communicating information to them.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns aimed at maintaining operational viability within the fulfillment partners (e.g. inventory replenishment, holiday preparation/projection reviews, product preparedness, etc.)
- Conduct Quality Assurance calls with fulfillment partners (recognition and remedial calls).
