Job Title: Part-Time Enrollment Service Representative (ESR)
Location: Del Rosa Area, San Bernardino County, CA
Site Location: Del Rosa TAD, 1895 Del Rosa Avenue, San Bernardino, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Minimum 2 days per week, with potential for additional days for backup site coverage
Training: Two weeks, 4 days per week
Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish and English
Driving Requirement: Must have a valid CA driver's license, insurance, and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check

In this role, you'll provide crucial support to beneficiaries, helping them navigate their healthcare options and enroll in programs that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with beneficiaries through face-to-face outreach and group presentations.
- Present Managed Care Options and assist with the enrollment/disenrollment process.
- Support new ESR staff through training and guidance.
- Maintain positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients.
- Handle data entry for enrollment/disenrollment and transmit data to the central processing facility.
- Assist beneficiaries with medical exemptions, waivers, and status inquiries.
- Document daily activities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management Database.
- Participate in community events and health fairs to promote the program.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with a focus on collaboration and community engagement.
What You'll Need:
- Type at least 20 wpm.
- Valid CA driver's license and insurance.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective team player who can also work independently.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading and writing).
