A medical office in the Albany area is looking for an Office Administrator to support their team! This would start as a 3-6-month temporary contract with the potential for permanent hire.

Role Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
    • Open to someone working 30 hours a week
  • Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00/hr

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the office calendar for scheduling/planning meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Coordinate/order lunches and dinners for meetings and events.
  • Sort, arrange and distribute mail based on priority and deadlines
  • Maintain office supply inventory through monitoring levels and placing orders
  • Provide customer service to all guests, staff and physicians
  • Support the office with marketing on social media
  • Support several higher-level personnel with specific requests
What you need to apply:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 years of office/administrative experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, Adobe, and DocuSign
