Nesco Resource is hiring for a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity in the vibrant and growing Greenville area. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team with room for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery, including traversers/slitters, to assemble, package, and process goods.
- Safety & Quality: Conduct environmental safety inspections and ensure compliance with standard protocols.
- Documentation: Prepare manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, and production reports.
- Material Handling: Manage, move, and label raw materials and waste materials (hazardous and nonhazardous).
- Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and cleanup of production machinery and work areas.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual labor.
- Technical Skills: Ability to monitor gauges and operate specialized production equipment.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is typical.
- Environment: Fast-paced, manufacturing setting requiring high attention to safety (e.g., in chemical/materials production).
Work Schedule:
Will train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd
