Nesco Resource is hiring for a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity. We are seeking a detailed oriented production associate to join our Greenville Team. This position supports manufacturing by producing materials in a fast past environment. You will rotate through day and train on 1st shift for 2- 4 weeks before transitioning to 2nd
Responsibilities
- Operates and produces machinery and equipment according to company standards.
- Machine operation set up and changeovers
- Ability to read and follow work orders, and production schedules
- Quality inspection and the ability to use of measuring tools calipers and gauges.
- Material handling and inventory control
- Palletizing, packing and labeling
- Ability to identify defects and report any discrepancies to supervisor
- Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leadership of equipment issues
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast past enviroment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods at a time
- Williness to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.
