Customer Support Representative
Location: Andover, MA (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $23–$25 /hour DOE
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Representative to support dental and orthodontic practices by handling customer inquiries, order intake, and communication regarding laboratory services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails from dental and orthodontic offices promptly and professionally

Gather and document customer information, order details, and troubleshooting steps

Provide basic troubleshooting support using internal resources and lab standards

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 technicians or appropriate departments

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and production flow

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Comfortable sitting for extended periods

Ability to read job orders, specifications, and small print
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required

Dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience preferred

Familiarity with dental/orthodontic terminology is a plus
