Position Overview
The Composite Product Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of the composite manufacturing process, from production planning to quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the composite manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met.

Actively support the component manufacturing process and assist with technical troubleshooting.

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain top-tier product standards.

Evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet goals and budget constraints.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability for uninterrupted production.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven experience in composite manufacturing engineering.

Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control standards, and safety practices.

Effective team leadership and resource management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Strong communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (Depending on Experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday
