Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of final assembly tasks to build precision mechanical products. Work involves using hand and power tools at test and workbench stations. You'll follow standardized processes and maintain consistent productivity and quality levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components by following written and verbal instructions and process sheets

Use hand and power tools to assemble and test products for PSI output and functional requirements

Perform tests such as repeatability, nervousness, flow, bleed rate, and drop out

Troubleshoot and correct product deficiencies as needed
-
Maintain a running inventory of in-process and completed parts
-
Requisition materials and load parts into stock racks

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Report equipment malfunctions, material defects, or unsafe conditions to supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations

Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools

Visual acuity sufficient for small-part assembly work

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Capable of minor decision-making within a structured environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:

Ability to extend hands/arms, grasp, lift, and press using fingers and palms

Ability to stand for long periods and move around workstations

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly

Able to work in an environment with exposure to oils or other fluids

Comfortable performing repetitive motions and handling small components

Ability to sustain heavy workloads during peak periods
Education and Certifications:
-
High School diploma or equivalent required
-
OSHA 3 safety training preferred

Valid driver’s license required
