Nesco resource is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Clearwater, FL. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidates.

Shift: Monday-Friday Shift Time TBD

Pay: $20/Hour

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing high-quality post-operative support to patients, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries. This role involves coordination with clinical staff, equipment providers, and administrative teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to post-operative patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately enter and manage e-commerce orders for surgeons and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) providers
  • Coordinate with DMEs and Field Clinicians to support patient care
  • Schedule follow-up appointments as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, surgeons, and operational teams
  • Adhere to established service procedures and protocols
  • Attend required training sessions to stay informed on procedures and tools
  • Utilize internal systems to log interactions and retrieve customer information
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide product-related assistance
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary documentation
  • Ensure all customer information is recorded with accuracy and confidentiality

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience managing customer interactions across multiple platforms (phone, email, chat)
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or dispatching environment
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Moderate noise level (e.g., phone conversations, virtual meetings)
  • May require standing, sitting, speaking, listening, reaching, and using hands for typing or phone use
  • Close vision required for computer-based tasks
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is required
