DUTIES
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or applying appropriate treatments.
- Select and mix powder coating materials according to specifications.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment such as spray guns and booths.
- Apply powder coating to surfaces evenly and consistently, ensuring complete coverage.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired coating thickness and finish.
- Inspect coated surfaces for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Keep detailed records of materials used, production times, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
