Key responsibilities: Night Shift Team Lead
- Leadership and Team Management: Guiding and motivating team members to achieve production goals.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding the production process, machinery, materials, and potential issues within their specific area (e.g., weaving, knitting, dyeing).
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, providing clear instructions, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Time Management and Organization: Prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitoring Performance: Tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Training and Development: Coaching and mentoring team members on procedures, technologies, and best practices.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between the team and upper management, relaying information, and resolving issues.
- Troubleshooting: Addressing minor production problems and escalating complex issues to relevant departments like maintenance or engineering.
- Quality Control: Implementing quality checks and ensuring that the final products meet the required standards.
