Nesco Resource is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Shipping Receiving Clerk to join our team in A/C warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience of operating a reach truck and who are comfortable working with technology. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, and assisting with inventory management. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Accurately receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring all items match purchase orders (P.O.s) and shipping documentation.
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments in compliance with company procedures.
- Reach Truck Operation:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move products and materials as needed within the warehouse.
- Labeling & Documentation:
- Use a computer to print out shipping labels, verify P.O. numbers, and input shipment details into the company's inventory system.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with tracking inventory levels and ensuring stock is properly stored and accounted for.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for easy access to materials.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly before shipment.
- General Warehouse Support:
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Reach truck experience is required up to 1-2 years of recent experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Must be comfortable with computers, including using software to print labels and track shipments.
- Ability to look up and verify P.O. numbers and shipping details.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be comfortable working on foot and operating a reach truck throughout the day.
- Attention to Detail:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure shipments are accurate and efficient.
- Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
