- Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the full sales cycle: From identifying and prospecting new attorney clients (solo practitioners, small and medium-sized law firms) to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline: Actively manage leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Become an expert in Legalis Financial Services' offerings: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our collections, billing, cost management, and cash flow solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations: Effectively showcase how our services can address the specific pain points of law firms.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with attorneys: Understand their unique needs and provide exceptional client service.
- Negotiate contract terms and onboard new clients seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and client success to ensure optimal client outcomes and contribute to our company's growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends: Keep abreast of changes in legal practice management, financial technology, and the competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or equivalent experience, preferably in SaaS, financial services, legal tech, or selling services directly to attorneys.
- A strong understanding of the legal industry and the common financial challenges faced by solo practitioners and small to medium-sized law firms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with legal professionals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred not necessary.
- An existing network within the legal community is a significant plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
