Job Title: HR Project Contractor – Benefits Compliance & Administration

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled contractor to provide immediate support for two high-priority HR initiatives:

  1. Living Wage Ordinance Compliance – Monitor and manage compliance with evolving municipal wage laws in cities including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX). This includes tracking benefit elections, managing wage adjustments, and ensuring multi-location compliance.

  2. Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots – Support the design and rollout of a new life insurance offering during this year's Annual Enrollment (AE), including setup, implementation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and report compliance with local living wage ordinances

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation data

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and documentation across initiatives

  • Provide project support, ensuring on-time deliverables and stakeholder communication

  • Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external vendors

  • Assist with data migration and systems setup for Annual Enrollment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong project management capabilities

  • Excellent analytical and data management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience supporting Annual Enrollment cycles

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)

  • Knowledge of HR and benefits administration

  • Technical aptitude and experience with data analysis or system migrations
