Pump Skid Assembler
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pump skids and related mechanical components from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Use hand and power tools to fit and secure parts according to design.
- Install piping, valves, motors, pumps, and instrumentation as required.
- Perform quality checks to ensure systems meet design standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to resolve issues or discrepancies during the build process.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
