Shift Options & Pay:
- Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize performance.
- Maintain and repair machinery including motors, conveyors, control panels, and PLC systems.
- Interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals to guide repair work.
- Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
- Support installation of new machinery and equipment modifications.
- Partner with production teams to resolve equipment-related concerns.
- Accurately document all maintenance tasks, repairs, and part replacements.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and internal policies to maintain a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with electrical systems; industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- PLC experience is a bonus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient with multimeters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing setting.
