Manufacturing Assembler

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Assembler to join a team that builds custom wire harnesses and mechanical parts. If you enjoy working with your hands, following instructions, and learning new skills, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:

Assemble wire harnesses and small mechanical parts using hand tools and machines

Read and follow detailed work instructions and diagrams

Measure, cut, strip, and crimp wires

Use tools like heat guns, calipers, and soldering irons
-
Keep track of your work using simple forms or traveler sheets
-
Follow safety rules and quality standards
-
Work as part of a team in a clean and organized environment
What We're Looking For:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring tools

Able to follow written instructions and technical drawings
-
Willing to learn and take direction
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice to Have (but not required):
-
Soldering experience
-
Past work with wire or cable assemblies
-
Knowledge of IPC-620 or similar quality standards
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to sit or stand during your shift
-
Good hand-eye coordination for small part assembly

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Must follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE
