Nesco Resource is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Williamsport, PA. The Administrative Assist will provide vital support to the Sales and Operations departments. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
Job Duties:
- Answer phones
- Perform client follow-up calls
- Data entry of sales information
- Provide quotes
- Prepare paperwork
- Provide employee onboarding support including processing background checks, arranging DOT physicals and other onboarding duties
- At least 1 years administrative support
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday
