Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in operating packaging machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sterile environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Experience as a machine operator
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1-3 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing role.
- Lead experience with a team.
