We need 2 temps for a "general labor position. We have a shred project coming next week that we need them to assist with.
We need someone who is available to work Monday – Saturday averaging about 10 hours per day, some days could be 10-12 hours.
This is only temporary; the position will last about one month. It could possibly take longer, but for now I am being told one month.
We would like to bring them in on Monday, July 7 for safety training & review of policies; this day they will probably only be her for about 4-5 hours.
This position is outside. We prefer someone who has experience working outside. It is almost summer now so it will be get very hot; if it rains they will continue to work as long as can safely do so.
They will stop operations for extreme weather conditions to keep everyone safe.
They must have steel toed or plastic composite boots: lace up style (not pull on), must come at least 6 inches up back heel for support, slip resistant, leather.
I have attached a copy of the requirements for the boots.
If the person has long hair past the shoulder, they must be willing & able to pull it up above the shoulder and still be able to wear the hard hat.
If the person has a beard more than 3 inches below the chin, they must be willing to tie and tuck in under so that it does not extend past 3 inches.
They cannot wear jeans with holes or tears, no shorts, no sleeveless shirts, no hood on shirts or jackets (with exception to rain jackets during inclement weather).
No jewelry can be worn while working, this includes watches.
