Position Summary:
The Customer Service Account Admin (CSA) is responsible for managing commercial repair accounts by providing exceptional customer service and accurate order entry support in an aerospace or manufacturing environment. This role acts as the primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and service centers, ensuring that repairs, documentation, communication, and deliveries are executed to meet quality and contractual expectations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned commercial repair accounts to meet performance and delivery expectations.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, backlog, and recovery plans.

Enter and track customer orders using ERP/order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).

Resolve customer issues related to cost, schedule, complaints, and billing discrepancies.

Coordinate internally with technical and quality teams to support warranty claims and complaint resolution.

Administer warranty and maintenance agreements; evaluate special pricing and amendments.

Conduct weekly status meetings with customers and support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.

Maintain compliance with aerospace documentation, export regulations, and audit readiness.

Support process improvements through data analysis and customer feedback.

Coordinate customer visits, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, order management, or contract administration in a manufacturing or technical product environment.

Strong knowledge of warranty and maintenance agreements, order entry, and repair cycle management.

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and customer portals (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, EDI).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is a plus.

Working knowledge of Certificates of Conformance (CoC), export compliance, and packing documentation is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an aerospace or regulated manufacturing setting.

Understanding of government procurement regulations and international trade compliance.
