Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, retail-based positions across multiple store locations.

Collaborate closely with district managers and hiring teams through weekly calls to align on hiring needs and priorities.

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring logistics using Workday and Phenom.

Schedule interviews directly to hiring managers' calendars using Outlook.

Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process, with a strong focus on time-to-fill under 30 days.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity in the ATS (Workday).

Communicate effectively and frequently with candidates, hiring teams, and the broader recruiting function.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in retail, grocery, or food distribution environments.

Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, food retail).

Experience using Workday and/or Phenom (strongly preferred).

Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills using Outlook and Workday.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment.

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Available to start immediately and work full-time remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Background in HR administration or generalist roles with a strong recruiting focus.

Experience recruiting for union-free environments.

Understanding of seasonal hiring cycles and the ability to adjust quickly to changing needs.
