We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to run older-style machines that operate with oil in a traditional manufacturing environment. This is a 1st shift position with daily overtime , usually starting 1 hour early.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate oil-lubricated mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor machine performance and perform basic maintenance (oil levels, cleaning, etc.)
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during and after production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety rules and production procedures
- Experience operating older or oil-run machines preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Mechanically inclined with a good eye for detail
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime regularly
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
